Este bolo é daqueles que podemos comer sem problemas de peso, tanto na consciência como na balança. Alia a beterraba ao chá verde , dois poderosos amigos do nosso corpito, e acrescenta-se o chocolate para alegrar o palato. O resultado é um bolo extremamente agradável, fofo , húmido, em que o sabor para muitos incómodo, da beterraba, se dilui com a poderosa ajuda do chocolate e do chá verde. Façam o favor de experimentar...
O que leva:
100g chocolate em pó
200g farinha para bolos com fermento
1 colher café bicarbonato de sódio
200g açúcar amarelo
100g chocolate para culinária
125 margarina de girassol
200g beterraba cozida triturada
4 ovos
meia chávena pequena de chá verde frio
Açúcar em pó para polvilhar
Como se faz :
Bata os ovos, na batedeira, até ficarem em espuma. Derreta o chocolate para culinária com a margarina no microondas. Numa taça misture os ingredientes secos, a farinha, o bicarbonato de sódio, o chocolate em pó e o açúcar. Mantendo a batedeira ligada adicione a mistura do chocolate com a margarina aos ovos. Junte a beterraba . Aos poucos vá adicionando os ingredientes secos batendo sempre a baixa velocidade. Adicione o chá verde. Pré-aqueça o forno a 180º e coloque a massa numa forma de 23 cm de diâmetro, untada e enfarinhada. Deixe cozer cerca de 20 minutos, não precisa de ficar muito cozido. Retire do forno e deixe arrefecer na forma por 10 minutos.
